Vă rugăm să ne scrieți un e-mail pentru orice întrebări sau detalii necesare pentru finalizarea unei comenzi, mai ales dacă acestea nu se regăsesc în lista de mai jos:

Î: Se poate picta orice model?

R: Da, in principiu se poate picta orice model, cu achitarea unui avans de 50%, iar restul sumei se va achita inainte de livrare.

Î: Marimile sunt universale?

R: Camasile sunt usor oversized, marimile nu sunt universale, acestea pornesc de la XXS pana la XL. De obicei, recomandam achizitia unei marimi mai mici decat cea obisnuita la alte camasi (exemplu, daca purtati marimea M, recomandam sa comandati marimea S)

Î: Cat dureaza realizarea unei comenzi?

R: Durata unei comenzi este intre 5 si 15 zile lucratoare, in functie de complexitatea picturilor si numarul de produse comandate, insa avem intotdeauna posibilitatea de a prelua anumite comenzi speciale, last-minute  (aniversare, etc.)

Î: Cum se spala hainele pictate?

R: Produsele pictate colorate se spala de preferat la mana, pentru a-si pastra intensitatea culorilor, temperatura apei 30 grade. Daca exista pete, se aplica solutie local si apoi se clateste bine, abia apoi se spala produsul complet. Se clateste si se pune pe umeras la uscat. Daca necesita sa fie calcate, se pot calca cu sau fara abur, pe interiorul produsului pe partea cu desenul, nu se pune fierul direct pe partea pictata.

Î: Camasile au eticheta cu informatii despre compozitie si instructiunile de curatare in interior.

R: Produsele pictate cu negru colorate se spala de preferat la mana, pentru a-si pastra intensitatea culorilor, temperatura apei 30 grade. Totusi acestea se pot spala si la masina de spalat, program Delicate sau Handwash, temperatura apei 30 de grade si centrifugare minima. 

Î: Se decoloreaza culorile la spalat?

R: Nu, culorile nu se vor decolora daca produsele sunt spalate conform instructiunilor transmise de noi. Vopselele folosite sunt vopsele de calitate, speciale pentru textile.

Î: Se pot picta si produsele proprii/produse cu defecte?

R: Da, se pot trimite si produsele proprii, cu conditia ca toate costurile aferente transportului dus-intors sa fie suportate de catre client. Se pot personaliza/picta si produse cu mici defecte, care sa fie“ascunse” prin pictura.

 Î: Se pot picta si camasi de barbati sau alte produse?

R: Da, putem personaliza si picta si camasi de barbati, papuci, trebuie doar sa ne trimiteti un e-mail cu ideea voastra si detaliile produsului iar noi va asistam cu cea mai buna modalitate de personalizare prin pictura.


Leather can be damaged by exposure to extreme heat, sunlight or moisture. Ideally you should keep your bag in a fabric dust bag and then store it in a cool, dry, dark place. Leave plenty of space around the bag and wrap buckles and zippers to prevent them marking the bag. You may wish to stuff the bag with acid free paper in order to maintain its shape. 

Empty your bag and remove loose dirt with a soft brush, a lint roller or the brush attachment of a vacuum cleaner. Use either a specialist leather cleaner or a small quantity of warm soapy water and gently wipe the bag with a soft cloth. If you are using soapy water, towel dry the bag immediately. Never saturate leather with water and never apply chemical cleaners. Depending on the conditions to which it is exposed, leather will dry out over time and its fibres become brittle and crack. To prevent this, you need to replace the leather’s oils after cleaning.

Use a conditioner which is an emulsion of natural oils and waxes and which is easily absorbed into the leather. The application of beeswax will help waterproof the leather.

NO. Saturating leather causes it long term damage and will irrevocably shorten the life of the item. Cared for properly your leather bag should give a lifetime of service without ever needing to be submerged in water. If you do spill bright yellow curry all over your bag, you may feel that you have no alternative, but it is a last resort and your bag will never be the same again.

You should avoid getting a leather bag wet. A good quality leather bag will not be affected by a rain shower, but you should never allow your bag to become saturated with water. If your bag does become very wet you should stuff it with paper towel, not newspaper because the ink may mark the lining, and replace it as it becomes saturated. Dry the bag in warm conditions but do not use high heat such as a hairdryer or tumble dryer. When the bag is dry, replenish the oils which have been washed out by using a conditioner.

Ironing a leather bag is possible, but it’s not a good idea. A crease or indentation will disappear over time with the application of conditioner but if you really can’t wait then proceed with extreme caution. Use the lowest setting on your iron, place brown paper or 100% cotton cloth over the leather and iron quickly and lightly. Condition the leather afterwards to replenish the oils it will have lost.

There is no grain in gold. Gold casting grain is the fresh gold newly mixed with the alloy metals that strengthen the gold enough for jewelry making. This is the form they use in preparing for casting.

Step 1: Measure your wrist just below the wrist bone, where one would normally wear a bracelet, with a flexible measuring tape or a strip of paper.
