Q: Can any pattern be painted?

A: Yes, in principle any model can be painted, with the payment of a 50% advance, and the rest of the amount will be paid before delivery.

Q: Are the sizes universal?

A: The shirts are slightly oversized, the sizes are not universal, they start from XXS to XL. We usually recommend buying a size smaller than usual for other shirts (for example, if you wear size M, we recommend ordering size S)

Q: How long does it take to complete an order?

A: The duration of an order is between 5 and 15 working days, depending on the complexity of the paintings and the number of products ordered, but we always have the possibility to take on certain special, last-minute orders (anniversaries, etc.)

Q: How to wash painted clothes?

A: Colored painted products should preferably be washed by hand, in order to preserve the intensity of the colors, water temperature 30 degrees. If there are stains, apply the local solution and then rinse well, only then wash the product completely. Rinse and hang to dry. If they need to be ironed, they can be ironed with or without steam, on the inside of the product on the side with the design, do not put the iron directly on the painted side.

Q: The shirts have a label with information about the composition and cleaning instructions inside.

A: The colored black painted products are preferably hand washed, in order to preserve the intensity of the colors, water temperature 30 degrees. However, they can also be washed in the washing machine, Delicate or Handwash program, water temperature 30 degrees and minimum centrifugation. 

Q: Do the colors fade when washed?

A: No, the colors will not fade if the products are washed according to the instructions sent by us. The paints used are quality paints, special for textiles.

Q: Can I paint my own products/products with defects?

A: Yes, you can also send your own products, provided that all the costs related to round-trip transport are borne by the customer. Products with small defects can also be customized/painted, to be "hidden" by painting.

Q: Can men's shirts or other products be painted?

A: Yes, we can customize and paint men's shirts, slippers, you just need to send us an email with your idea and the details of the product and we will assist you with the best way of personalization through painting.


Leather can be damaged by exposure to extreme heat, sunlight or moisture. Ideally you should keep your bag in a fabric dust bag and then store it in a cool, dry, dark place. Leave plenty of space around the bag and wrap buckles and zippers to prevent them marking the bag. You may wish to stuff the bag with acid free paper in order to maintain its shape.

Empty your bag and remove loose dirt with a soft brush, a lint roller or the brush attachment of a vacuum cleaner. Use either a specialist leather cleaner or a small amount of warm soapy water and gently wipe the bag with a soft cloth. If you are using soapy water, towel dry the bag immediately. Never saturate leather with water and never apply chemical cleaners. Depending on the conditions to which it is exposed, leather will dry out over time and its fibers will become brittle and crack. To prevent this, you need to replace the leather's oils after cleaning.

Use a conditioner which is an emulsion of natural oils and waxes and which is easily absorbed into the leather. The application of beeswax will help waterproof the leather.

NO. Saturating leather causes it long term damage and will irrevocably shorten the life of the item. Cared for properly your leather bag should give a lifetime of service without ever needing to be submerged in water. If you do spill bright yellow curry all over your bag, you may feel that you have no alternative, but it is a last resort and your bag will never be the same again.

You should avoid getting a leather bag wet. A good quality leather bag will not be affected by a rain shower, but you should never allow your bag to become saturated with water. If your bag does become very wet you should stuff it with a paper towel, not newspaper because the ink may mark the lining, and replace it as it becomes saturated. Dry the bag in warm conditions but do not use high heat such as a hairdryer or tumble dryer. When the bag is dry, replenish the oils which have been washed out by using a conditioner.

Ironing a leather bag is possible, but it's not a good idea. A crease or indentation will disappear over time with the application of conditioner but if you really can't wait then proceed with extreme caution. Use the lowest setting on your iron, place brown paper or 100% cotton cloth over the leather and iron quickly and lightly. Condition the leather afterwards to replenish the oils it will have lost.

Our bags are made from good quality full grain leather with sturdy brass fittings and strong zips, which will last you a lifetime, if you look after it.


There is no grain in gold. Gold casting grain is the fresh gold newly mixed with the alloy metals that strengthen the gold enough for jewelry making. This is the form they use in preparing for casting.

They use this size so it melts quickly, and because it is easy to measure out to track how much the jeweler needs.

Massage lotion or oil into your hand and wrist. Make sure to relax your hand muscles. Now slide the bracelet off of your wrist while gently twisting the band.

Step 1: Measure your wrist just below the wrist bone, where one would normally wear a bracelet, with a flexible measuring tape or a strip of paper.

Step 2: If you are using a plain strip of paper, then measure that paper strip with a ruler to determine your wrist size.

Step 3: Add 1/4 inch to 1 inch (average is 1/2 inch) to your wrist size, depending on whether you would like a snug, comfort, or loose fit. This is the ideal bracelet length for you.
